Die Apokalyptischen Reiter is a Melodic Death Metal / Folk Metal band founded in 1995 in Thuringia, Germany and is signed to the Nuclear Blast label. Their name translates to “Horsemen of the Apocalypse”.
Their original style (featured on their releases up to and including "Allegro Barbaro") consists of Death Metal blended with melodic compositions establishing a more epic mood than usual in traditional death metal.

Mgła, meaning “fog” in polish is an underground BM band hailing from Kraków, Poland. Formed in 2000 as a side-project of Kriegsmachine’s member M. their line-up owes to members of other polish prominent bands, such as Kriegsmachine, Massemord (not to be mistaken as the norwegian Massemord) and Crionics. Their lyrics deal with theistic satanism (from Theism: the belief in the existence of one or more divinities) and self-destruction. The first full-length will be released via Northern Heritage in 2008.

Enslaved is a metal band from Haugesund, Norway. Their style has changed over the years. Originally being an old-school Black/Viking Metal act, they now perform a more experimental form of progressive black metal with viking influences. The name was inspired by an Immortal demo track, Enslaved In Rot.

Enslaved was formed in 1991, by Ivar Bjornson and Grutle Kjellson. Joined by drummer Trym Torsson, they did their first demo in the summer of 1992.

The unattractive worm of Behexen hatched out in '94 with members Torog, Horns & Reaper. The first expression of frustrating hate "Reality is in Evil" was despaired in '95 by the ugly larva.

The worm remained but went through mutation and vomited the depression "Eternal Realm" in '97. After that worm created the dobbelganger and continued to brutalize infecting the insulting "Blessed be the Darkness" in '98, the third blasphemic desecration.

Dimmu Borgir es una banda de Black Metal sinfónico/melódico. «Dimmu Borgir» significa «Fortaleza Oscura» en noruego y también un conjunto de cuevas formadas por lava en Islandia que según los nativos son la entrada al infierno.
Formada en Oslo (Noruega) en 1990 por Shagrath, Silenoz, y Tjodalv, La banda inmediatamente sacó al mercado un LP titulado Inn I Evighetens Mørke en 1993 («Dentro de la eternidad de la oscuridad»). Este disco vendió todas sus copias en pocas semanas.

Definitely, the best album by Skyforger. I've been listening this band these last weeks and they're really great, so I've uploaded almost all their discography. This album is an incredible mixture of Folk and Black Metal elements. Enjoy it!!

Folkstone is an Italian folk metal band from Bergamo. The idea was born from Lorenzo, Ferro and Forese, who wanted to bring back to life ancient melodies and put them in a metal key. At the beginning Lorenzo and his tumbler friend Teo started to play Baghèt, the tipical Bergamo’s bagpipe, and after a few month the medieval bagpipe. Folkstone find their inspiration in bands like In Extremo, Corvus Corax, Schelmish and other transalpine medieval bands.

Music and lyrics are all written by Folk Stone, except for Avanti, which was
written by an anonymous Italian author in the 15th century, and Igni Cena, which
is a Schelmish cover.
