Blind Stare is a Melodic Death Metal band from Turku, Finland, formed in 1999. After four demos, they finally released their first official work in 2004, the EP ‘The Reborn Genius’, and then in 2005 their first album, ‘Symphony of Delusions’. Their style is similar to bands like Skyfire, Norther or Kalmah.

Keep of Kalessin spawned back in 1994, under the name Ildskjaer, by the hand of Ghash and Obsidian C., later joined by Vyl and Warach. The band´s violent yet dark and epic black metal - as well as the somewhat mysterious monicker and lyrics - are inspired by the work of American fantasy writer Ursula K. Le Guin’s The Earthsea Quartet. With this concept in mind, the guys recorded the first demo Skygger av Sorg in the Fall of 1996, though several problems in finding a proper rehearsal room made this task rather difficult.

Shade Empire was formed in Kuopio, Finland late 1999. They released three demos which were all highly acclaimed, receiving positive response from the press around the world. At last their third demo woke up the true interest of record companies and Shade Empire was signed to Italian Avantgarde Music. Shade Empire began truly develop their music and 2004 it was time for the first effort “Sinthetic”. For their first album these young Finns introduced a very orchestrated, yet electronic dark/black metal. This powerful mixture of melody and hate earned many great reviews worldwide and pushed their recognizable sound to wider audience.

Nydvind was formed in 2001 and is a band playing Heathen Nordic Metal in honor of Mother Nature. The founding member is multi-instrumentalist Richard Loudin, better known as Yoltar,
whom is also presently behind the reins for Celtic metallers, Bran Barr.
Nydvind’s current line-up consists of Yoltar on guitars, Loic Courtete (Heol Telwen,
Bran Barr, Inborn Suffering) on guitars/vocals, Olivier Sans (Bran Barr) on bass,
and JuanJo ‘JuanJolocaust’ Esquivel (Aes Dana) on drums.

Voluspaa is a one-man-band born and raised in Hønefoss (Same city as other cool bands: Beastcraft, Endezzma, Kvist, Myrkgrav, Urgehal, Vulture lord, Ásmegin)
Voluspaa got started by Freddy Skogstad, back in 1994. So their first years was old school black metal with Viking influence. Over the years Voluspaa has turned more and more into National romantic / viking / folk but still the extreme side to it.

Skyforger is a Folk / Pagan Metal band from (Semigallia) Rīga, Latvia. They have been tempering their music in the smithy of the Thundergod since 1995. For the last decade, the band has been fighting under the flag of Latvian pagan metal; an extreme blend of traditional baltic folk music and various Metal influences ranging from Norwegian inspired black metal through to 80s-rooted heavy metal. The band’s unique combination of ancient and modern influence has given them a wide appeal throughout both the metal and folk scenes, and has brought great variety to their song writing over the course of the five Skyforger albums.

Gojira is a progressive death metal band from Bayonne, France. Their lyrics focus on life, ecology, and spiritual themes. They were formed in 1996 by brothers Joe Duplantier (vocals and lead guitar) and Mario Duplantier (drums), Christian Andreu (guitar) and Jean-Michel Labadie (bass guitar). They had initially named their group Godzilla, but due to legal constraints had to change their name.
